Dr. Eric Carniol joins Carniol Plastic Surgery

This summer, Dr. Eric Carniol has joined Carniol Plastic Surgery. Dr. Eric Carniol trained at the University of Toronto, Rutgers University, and Boston University and is fellowship-trained in Facial Plastic Surgery and Board-certified in Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Eric Carniol loves to discuss with patients both the nonsurgical and surgical treatments available. “No surgery means (almost) no downtime.” There are many treatments available in the office today that were not available 10 or 20 years ago. “For many patients, office-based treatments can offer great results. However, for some patients, surgery is necessary to correct the issue.”

Hair restoration for hair loss is a new addition to Carniol Plastic Surgery. Hair loss is an emotional and complicated issue for both men and women. Treatments are custom-tailored to particular stages of hair loss. For most patients, all hair treatments are done right in the office!

Forty percent of women can be affected by hair loss. This hair loss is usually progressive. Therefore, we favor starting women’s hair loss treatment as soon as it is noted.

Nonsurgical treatments that Dr. Eric Carniol offers include facial fillers, neuromodulators (like Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau), acne scar treatments, scar revision, PRP, laser treatment of photoaging skin changes as well as microneedle radiofrequency.

Dr. Carniol loves doing the full spectrum of facial plastic surgery. Dr. Carniol’s surgical expertise include the latest techniques for facelift, necklift, eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), facial implants, rhinoplasty (nosejob), otoplasty (ear pinning), ear pinning without any incisions, scar revision, and skin cancer surgery.

Dr. Carniol also performs minimally-invasive nose and sinus procedures for patients with nose and sinus problems. Many treatments that used to require days of packing in the nose can now be done in the office without anything in your nose. Read Dr. Eric Carniol’s Bio here!
