This wonderful young lady was bothered by the look of her ears. They were prominent ears and she wanted to wear her hair up in a ponytail. She was also interested in a natural appearance without a big scar behind her ears. She underwent incisionless otoplasty in the office. She was amazed at the procedure, done in less than many movies, was nearly painless. She had a wrap on the first night but then this was removed. The next day, you can see the ears are bruised and swollen but they already look pretty good. Then, by 1 week, the ears are significantly less bruised. She is able to go out at 1 week with her hair over her ears. Typically, men will still be a little shy at going out as the hair may not cover the ears and bruises may still be visible.
