In this case, a 20-year-old male underwent incisionless otoplasty, with post-operative results at three months. Before surgery, he was concerned that his ears stuck out too much. Especially as a tall guy, he was concerned that the ears detracted from his look. He underwent incisionless otoplasty in the office under local anesthesia with Dr. Eric Carniol. After sculpting the ear cartilage with a needle, internal permanent sutures were placed holding the ears in an improved location. The images show the ears dramatically improved without any visible scars and with a very natural appearance. What the photos do not show is the gentleman's new-found confidence! He and his family are very happy.
