This is a wonderful 16-year-old young lady who underwent incisionless otoplasty in office to address prominent ears, a concern that she felt impacted her self-confidence. The before image shows how the ears stuck out. She felt that her ears stuck out when she wore her hair up. She underwent surgery n the office with a little sedation pill and local anesthesia. She laughed at some jokes during the surgery and took a small nap. She wore her wrap for 1 night. That weekend, she had friends over. Her bruising was basically gone by her 1 week appointment and she was already loving the results. Here you can see at 6 weeks, she is so happy. Her ears are in a natural position and look great. Her parents were so happy.
