This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids.

Her upper eyes had saggy skin, making her eyes look droopy and tired. Her lower eyelids look puffy. This creates dark circle appearance from the shadow effect.

To improve the eyes, upper and lower blepharoplasty were performed. From the upper eyelid, the excess skin was removed, hiding the scar in the natural crease. For the lower eyelid lift, fat was removed to sculpt the contour. The incision was made behind the eyelid.

This means no visible scar!
