Rosacea

Has your rosacea worsened over time? Are you unhappy with the blood vessels and “embarassed look”?

Many people only have minimal improvement from medications for facial redness or Rosacea. Through advanced technology, lasers and lights can be used to treat the redness associated with Rosacea. We offer vascular lasers, intense pulsed light, and radiofrequency in our office and we can select the treatment(s) that are best suited for your redness.

Rosacea Treatment: Before and After

Rosacea Treatment Before and After

After Laser Rosacea Treatment, Is There Downtime?

After laser treatment for rosacea, patients typically resume full regular activities. Patients can apply their usual makeup if desired.  Patients can also return to work whether in-person or on Zoom without any side effect from the treatment.

Can Rosacea Return?

Unfortunately, yes, rosacea generally worsens over time. We recommend keeping up a regimen to maintain results. Many of our patients will come in twice annually while others will go years between treatments. Dr. Carniol will work with you and your goals and concerns to keep you looking refreshed.
