This wonderful 19-year-old female (now 22) wanted to improve her facial appearance by improving her nose. She did not want a "little nose" but rather wanted improved contours to match her facial appearance, restoring harmony! The before image displays her original nasal structure with a slight dorsal hump and a nasal tip that she felt was disproportionately large for her face. Our goal was to create a natural, aesthetically pleasing shape that complemented her facial features while maintaining her unique identity.
