This beautiful patient is 23 years old and disliked her tip position in addition to not being able to breathe well. The goal of the surgery was to improve both function and appearance. For her we used cartilage grafts from her septum to strengthen her nose. Dr. Eric Carniol straightened inside and out! He decreased the bump on the nose (although the patient stated that the bump was part of her family look and did not want to eliminate it). She is here 1 year after her surgery. She is so happy with the look, and has so much confidence. The rhinoplasty augments her beauty and amazing self-esteem bump!
